GREECE HAS PURCHASED AND WILL BE PURCHASING UKRAINIAN SUNFLOWER OIL

A trouble with some traces of mineral impurities, which allegedly were again found in our sunflower oil, has successfully became crystal clear: it was just that in Greece, a case of sunflower oil had been forgotten to be taken out of one of previous batches delivered prior to the introduction of tight controls from the EU side.

Earlier, statements had made their appearance stating that in one of supermarkets in Athens, some Ukrainian sunflower oil was detected that caused the suspicion of a content of mineral impurities.

Having explained the misunderstanding, director of Agroinvest S.A., a large Greek importer company, Babis Voyatsis stated: Greece has purchased and will be purchasing Ukrainian sunflower oil.
